Project Scope
As part of Bechtel’s launch of its new brand, it was decided that a redesign and rebuild of the organisation's global website was required. The website needed to meet Bechtel’s marketing, promotional and communication activities across seven continents. The new website had to maximise the visual impact of Bechtel’s globally renowned projects and allow for the easy sharing of information with relevant interested parties.
The project included the setup of Kentico’s integrated enterprise marketing suite (EMS) and the provision of six months of digital consultancy services. As well as a range of other required services, such as content migration.

The Solution
Kentico Xperience v13 was chosen as the right fit for the rebuild and redesign of Bechtel's website, as the platform is highly secure, optimised for speed of delivery and provides a range of GDPR models to meet compliance standards.
Our team have developed a responsive front-end framework which has been tightly integrated into Kentico Xperience. Our framework encompasses all key accessibility and SEO enhancing features to assist in achieving ADA and WCAG 2.1 (AA) Level compliance.
The site has also been future-proofed by using the latest Kentico Core development model, which is built on the Microsoft “ASP.NET Core” framework. This will ensure future compatibility with the next-generation platform Xperience by Kentico.
