Strengthening the Digital Presence of a Global Financial Solutions Provider
AFS initially engaged with the i3 Digital team in 2017 via our Kentico Health Check Campaign. They had recently carried out the redesign and rebuild of their website on Kentico CMS. However, upon go-live, they experienced issues with the core CMS installation. The AFS marketing team were tasked with finding a new Kentico Partner to resolve these issues. The new partner would also be responsible for maintaining, supporting and on-going development of the website.
AFS is a global company so it was highly important that their new partner could offer full 24,7/365 support. The AFS team carried out a review of the leading Kentico Gold Partners who had experience of delivering solutions for globally focused businesses and organizations. They liked the accomplishments that the i3 team had achieved with Kentico and were enamored that a Kentico Partner could provide an in-depth Health Check on their website.
AFS' overarching objectives centred around a technical upgrade, plus the carrying out of a range of custom enhancements to their existing Kentico CMS platform to meet their promotional and marketing needs globally. Including a redesign of the site, with a focus on delivering an outstanding user experience to potential customers. The new design had to be responsive, clear, concise, and engage with potential customers. It also needed to be on brand and reflect AFS global standing as an industry leader in lending and risk management solutions for financial institutions.
What we delivered
The team at i3 Digital delivered a design refresh of Automated Financial Systems Inc. (AFSVision ®), corporate website. The project included delivering a modern, fresh new design which required the build of a range of custom page templates, plus the upgrade of the website’s core Kentico CMS from version 9 to version 11.
i3 Digital worked closely with AFS to ensure that all aspects of the new website are GDPR complaint. Web parts and widgets were used to build up the page templates and Kentico Forms were used to provide a range of customer contact forms. i3 Digital also provided a range of other services, including:
