It’s always been an Irish tradition to “wet the baby’s head” when a new arrival arrives in the family. So what better way to celebrate the arrival of Raptor-Kentico 12 than holding high a glass of Guinness while wearing our Christmas jumpers.

Yes, Raptor-Kentico 12 with its full support for ASP.NET MVC means Christmas has come early for our developers who have been trialling the Beta versions of the product since late last summer.

Although the latest incarnation of Kentico has been code-named after a Dinosaur, it is by no means a prehistoric technology and takes Kentico EMS to new heights. Version 12 is a significant shift from previous versions of the platform and in Kentico’s own words “Goes All-in on MVC”.

Kentico 12 is a major milestone in Kentico EMS history, especially when it comes to the underlying technology and platform. Kentico 12 now provides full-blown MVC development support which really excites our development team and brings Kentico right up to date when compared to competitor platforms that reside within Gartner’s 2018 Magic Quadrant for Web Content Management and Forrester Wave for WCM 2018.
