i3 Digital Enhances its Customer Success and Digital Engagement Team

Jon Eaton has recently joined the i3 Digital family as the Head of Customer Success and Digital Engagement. With a skill set that includes digital strategy and execution, team leadership and requirements gathering, Jon will be leading the Customer Success and Digital Engagement team.

In his new role, Jon is excited to continue growing our own and as well as our clients digital strategies, ensuring quality remains a focus throughout the entire customer and digital engagement process. Jon will be based in mainland UK, spending his time between Leeds and London.

“First and foremost I am somebody who is genuinely interested in meeting with businesses and understanding what they are trying to achieve.” says Jon.

With over 7 years’ worth of customer success and digital engagement experience, Jon has been at the forefront and has been involved in many an organisation’s successful digital transformation strategies. Working with client such as Toys R Us, London Luton Airport, Priory Hospitals Group and The European Tour Operator Association. Most recently, Jon was a Commercial Director at a renowned digital agency, helping the team and their clients to spot opportunities for digital investments that produce measurable results.
